More Information

Quick and easy to set up, the iFootage Shark Slider adds movement and depth to your shot, increasing production values and opening up a variety of creative options. Light enough to use on a single tripod in it's short configuration, the iFootage Shark provides a stable base for your camera, while the flywheel and belt system help dampen and smooth out your moves.

It can be mounted on a tripod head with 1/4" and 3/8" screw threaded holes, or can be used on floor/tabletop using the built-on adjustable feet.

The included Manfrotto 502 Fluid Head means you can pan and tilt your shot as you move making it possible to create impressive reveals and push ins as well as imitate circular tracking shots on nearby subjects. With the head attached the slider has a payload of 4kg, suitable for most small cameras with primes or short zoom lenses.

Out the bag the slider allows a 0.75m slide, but the included extensions allow it to expand to 1.2 meters, which is a lot of travel for such a small package. With the extensions fitted you will probably want to support the ends of the slider with monopods or small lighting stands. At 0.75m additional support is not required.
