The Insta360 X4 is an excellent camera giving 8K across it's 360 field of view. Allowing you to capture footage from all angles to select what you want to use later (or produce as a 360 video).
Very similar to the GoPro Max 2GoPro Max2 - 8K 360° Action Camera , the Insta360 allows you to capture everything in 360 to re-frame later, or output as a 360 VR file.

Shooting 360 degree spherical video at 8K resolution, the Insta360 X4 can really bring your audience in to the experience with truly immersive video, or allows you to capture a full 360 view around to pick your framing in edit, or create a 360 video popular with video tours or as an immersive VR experience.
8K image is across the whole 360 view, so when single angles are selected the equivalent image quality is around 2.7K, which is pretty decent.. however it's still not comparible to a decent single lens camera.
Much like the GoPro Hero's, these can utilise a range of grip with a simple industry-standard 1/4" thread on the underside. Attach to selfie stick (provided with the hire), stands, or as an action cam with clamp mount, suction mounts or attaching to body/helmets.
It's codec is reasonably efficient, with 10 minutes of full 8K footage coming in at 17gb, and it's battery life isn't bad either with a run time (in record) of 1 hour 20 and less than an hour to charge back to full.
