Sennheiser AVX-ME2 Digital Radio Mic

The Sennheiser AVX-ME2 is a compact digital wireless microphone system designed for fast, reliable audio capture without the need to manually scan or select radio frequencies. It's an excellent choice for interviews, documentaries, corporate productions and run-and-gun filmmaking where speed of setup is just as important as sound quality.

It uses the same mic as the G3 and G4 systems, the Sennheiser ME-2, so audio quality is equal.

As a digital system, the AVX delivers clean, consistent audio with excellent resistance to interference in busy RF environments. However, there are occasions where a traditional UHF system such as the Sennheiser G3 or G4 may still be preferred. Analogue systems generally offer lower latency, a greater choice of compatible transmitters and receivers, and can provide more flexibility on larger multi-microphone productions where detailed RF coordination is already being managed by a dedicated sound recordist.

For single-camera interviews, corporate productions, documentary filmmaking and fast-paced location work, the AVX's ease of use makes it an excellent choice.
